1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing a Bet on apo88, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policies. Multiple Accounts, duplicate registrations, or accounts created using false information are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. apo88 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple Accounts are detected, we reserve the right to:

• Close all duplicate Accounts immediately without notice.
• Void all bets and bonuses associated with duplicate Accounts.
• Confiscate any winnings or funds held in duplicate Accounts.
• Permanently ban the Player from future use of the Platform.

3.3 KYC Verification

apo88 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. All Players must complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of a government-issued identity document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) issued within the last three months (may be requested at our discretion).

3.4 Account Security

Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. apo88 is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

apo88 supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and major e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). 4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals to a bank account or e-wallet registered in their own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. 4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bets before submission. apo88 will not cancel or amend bets except in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction). apo88 provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, apo88 disclaims all liability for:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or data resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or network disruptions.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game results, or promotional materials.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Third-party payment processor delays, failures, or fees.

In no event shall apo88's total liability to any Player exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 90 days preceding the claim.
